What We Explore

Between a hotel and a tent, there is a whole new format.

We work where comfort doesn't separate people from nature, and architecture becomes part of the landscape.

For a long time, the industry offered two extremes: a conventional hotel built around infrastructure and comfort, or camping, where the guest gives up their usual level of comfort for closeness to nature.

We believe there is another territory between these extremes.

Fewer buildings. Better locations. Natural materials. Thoughtful infrastructure. Minimal impact on the land.

We explore and develop three connected directions.

Comfort that doesn't separate you from nature.

A real bed. A private bathroom. Electricity. Good design.

But also trees, rivers, rain, birds, darkness and silence.

Glamping is not a cheaper hotel or a more comfortable tent. It is a standalone hospitality format where infrastructure works for the experience, rather than becoming the main object.

Among such places are our own projects in Bali, which we are creating and testing right now.

Terrain, vegetation, water, views and climate shape the project instead of becoming obstacles to standard architecture.

The goal isn't to make everything look "eco."

The goal is to change the very logic of the relationship between a building and the land it stands on.

Before you build — you need to understand what you're actually building.

Words like "villa," "cabin," "glamping," or "wellness" sound clear — until you start designing them for real.

A format isn't defined by its name.

It's defined by the land, the audience, how the space is used, and the experience the guest is meant to have.

01 — Cabins

Small structures, built to sit lightly on the land.

A cabin is a compact, self-contained building — usually one or two rooms, raised off the ground, designed around a single view or a single tree rather than a whole plot.

It's the simplest way to put a roof in a beautiful place without changing that place. Minimal foundations, minimal footprint, and a construction process that disturbs the land for weeks rather than months.

Cabins work well on their own, as a pair, or scattered across a site as a small cluster — each one private, each one framed by what's already there.

02 — Timber Villas

Villas that don't fight the landscape with concrete.

Most villas are built the same way regardless of where they stand: a poured concrete slab, block walls, a process that reshapes the ground before a single room exists.

We build villas differently. Timber frame construction on screw-pile or point foundations means the structure rests on the land instead of replacing it — no excavation, no slab, no permanent scar if the building is ever removed.

The result is a full-size, fully livable villa — comparable in comfort and finish to a concrete build — that took less time to build, produced less waste on site, and leaves the ground beneath it essentially intact.

03 — Wellness Spaces

Spaces designed around recovery, not just accommodation.

A wellness place is built around a program, not just a bed. The architecture, the layout and the surroundings are all chosen to support something specific — rest, movement, treatment, quiet.

That might mean a yoga deck positioned for the morning light, a cold-plunge by the river, or simply enough distance between units that nobody hears anybody else. The design decisions are physical, not decorative.

Wellness places tend to be smaller and slower than typical hospitality — fewer keys, longer stays, a stronger relationship between the guest and the place itself.

Neither format needs a massive building. Both need the right space, the right design, and a system that can adapt to what the site becomes next.

Let terrain, vegetation, water and climate influence the architecture.

Use the right amount of infrastructure

Enough to create comfort. Not enough to destroy the character of the place.

Test before scaling

A working project is more valuable than a perfect rendering.

Build with local partners

Knowledge of materials, land, construction and operations matters as much as design.

Create adaptable assets

Projects should be able to evolve as markets, locations and customer needs change.
